For non-emergency medical needs, our outpatient department provides: General consultations and routine screenings. Chronic disease management (Diabetes, Hypertension). Minor surgical procedures and wound care.
At our well equipped laboratory , we offer Hematology and Blood Bank services, clinical chemistry, microbiology and culture, immunology and serology, Clinical Chemistry and Biochemistry. Additionally, we do microbiology & culture, Immunology & Serology, Histopathology and Cytology( biopsy analysis).
Routine cleanings and examinations (check-ups), Restorative dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, preventive care among other services. Our fully equipped dental operatory station, digital intraoral x-ray system and sterilization unit with qualified staff ensures that our services are top notch.

1. Do I need an appointment for emergency services? No. Our Emergency Department is open 24/7. Patients in critical condition are seen immediately without an appointment.
2. Which insurance providers do you accept? We are fully accredited by NHIF (SHA). We also partner with several private insurance providers. Please bring your insurance card and a valid ID during your visit for verification.
3. What should I bring for my first visit? Please bring a form of identification (ID or Passport), any previous medical records or imaging (X-rays/Scans), and a list of current medications you are taking.
4. How can I get my lab results? Most routine lab results are available within 2–4 hours. You can collect them in person, or for certain tests, our doctors can discuss them with you via a scheduled follow-up call.
5. Are there visiting hours for admitted patients? Yes. To ensure our patients get adequate rest, visiting hours are:
• Morning: 6:30 AM – 7:30 AM
• Lunch: 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM
• Evening: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
